I am amazed by the support and the love from every one of you. 

Four years ago - I was at the Miami Transplant Institute- having every imaginable test run on me to see if I was a suitable kidney donor for my brother. To go from that - to finding my fitness crew with Orangetheory -
To losing 40lbs and being in the best shape ever…

I am in love with life !!

We did it!   I did it!!  

I really couldn’t have done this without all of you.  Y’all gave me courage.  You helped me train. You gave your $.  

You gave your time. You gave your love.  

This kidney donation not only saved my brother, it’s saved me.  Living donation didn’t mean having a sedentary life style.  Nope.  It meant time to get out and LIVE!  Getting in shape has been a blessing and become a lifestyle.  

So.  Anyone wanna join me next year?!
